The only redeeming feature was cold air conditioning!

Wallpaper stuck on with drawing pins. Faulty electrical sockets. Dangerous toaster. Missing trim in kitchen, doors hanging off. TV not connected to an aerial! Homeless sleeping by door!

Interesting design, good location in the city center

To be improved

No mention about the direct entry from the street to the apartment. No day light, big window present however due to direct entry and view to the street not very useful. Photos are confusing.
