“Great hotel in a great area”
The best

I recently stayed at Hotel La Fonda in Gran Canaria and had a wonderful experience! The location is very convenient, just a short distance from the airport. The hotel itself is beautiful, both inside and out. There are amazing kebab places nearby and the local architecture is stunning. One of the highlights was the rooftop area, where you can see the entire city and even the airport in the distance. The atmosphere is very friendly, and the staff are incredibly welcoming. There are even loungers on the rooftop for sunbathing. Inside the hotel, there's a beautiful fountain and lovely plant decorations that add to the ambiance. Additionally, it's conveniently located near a shopping center, the beach, and there are bus and taxi stops nearby, making transportation very easy. The area is great for evening strolls. The hotel also offers underground parking for guests, which is a great convenience. Overall, Hotel La Fonda is a fantastic place with a great atmosphere, affordable rates, and friendly staff. Highly recommended!

Comfortable bed, room equipped with desks. Self check-in. Possible to catch late night bus from the airport, the bus stop is only 100m away.

To be improved

No kitchen available, only microwave and fridge. Not enough sockets in shared areas. Our room did not have windows. Almost zero mobile network coverage in the room.
