“Closet disguised as a room”

Unfortunately the room was so teeny tiny that I nearly got claustrophobic. Also didn't help that there were three photos on canvas with people staring at you. Creepy! The best however the view, a wall .. Absolutely hilarious. I decided to leave as I could not imagine sleeping there soundly. Just not my cup of tea.

Last minute booking due to car breakdown.What a find !Good location,really nice decor and a lovely welcome from Marina. Lovely room and facilities.Attention to detail was superb..decoration and flowers,what you would expect of a 5 star hotel. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

“Very strong incense/candles and no allocated parking.”

Facts: contrary to the description, the property has no designated parking. Guests may park in Benissa (public street parking, as may anyone else). Facts; contrary to description, reception was not "manned" at 5:30pm, resulting in a ten minutes wait in the street with bags and luggage (having hauled everything 150 metres from nearest parking). Opinion; the lobby and stairs is very strongly scented with incense or suchlike (not sure if that is masking anything), which prompted an allergic asthma attack. Fairly mild admittedly, but meant I could not stay in the building. Fact: despite having only booked an hour before arrival and not being able to stay due to the allergic reaction, the Group refused any amount in refund. If you're not worried about the parking, absence of staff or the very strong smell I can imagine it's probably fine, but best be aware.
