The only place on our Camino journey that we came across bed bugs. When we raised it with staff, we were met with anger and denial. To the point they suggested they came off our bags. We were given a can of insect spray, and that was it.

“We booked a private room while walking the Camino. First off its in a great location on The Way and close to lots of restaurants. The room was clean, had air conditioning and everything we needed. We liked how there was a lift in the building, which was a nice surprise after a long hot day. · Cons: The walls are very thin! It was very noisy up until midnight, as the people in the room next to us were very loud, but that was hopefully just a one off.”

The food was copious, we ordered 2 pasta dishes which we expected would be like a starter at under 6 euros - each was a meal in itself; and a paella which was enough for 2. Even had lifts to the rooms, great location
