The bed is comfortable

To be improved

The toilet seat is dirty with urine and hair all over , the restroom floor dirty with air, the kitchen counter dirty, and finally, the AC leaks water all over the floor.

The apartment has everything one might need, it is clean and well maintained. Also, the hosts were incredibly helpful and polite. At arrival, we faced problems, but Laura helped us right away and made sure we had a nice stay for the rest of our time in Madrid.
