10/10 in this price. Room is spacious, big and clean. There is a fan as well and its comfortable. Toilets are clean and it feels like a private bathroom. Host is very nice gentleman.
It is quite far away from center. Although tram nr 2 comes every 15 minutes and the last one departs at 22.56 from center. On weekend trams come whole night (aftee every hour i guess)

It's alright, clean and value for money. And nearby to public transport and grocery markets.
The owner should mention the fact that the room is located at the 6th floor with NO lift! So if travelling light, then most people would have no big issue with going up/down many flights of stairs. But, if travelling with some large luggage bag, it'd be a torture climbing those stairs. The pillows are incompatible with the bed, as the latter sinks quite deeply, so light / thin pillows would match the bed perfectly.
