Clean, quiet, walking distance to the beach

Perfect for our needs. Short walk to beach and tram stop.

The location is great, it is just a short walk away from the beach, the tram, a small supermarket and restaurants. Being able to use the pool was great. The garden outside is very pleasant. There is a communal kitchen which is handy for when you want to eat at home. Despite being in a busy area the property is very quiet and peaceful. If you are looking for a simple room to stay at whilst exploring Alicante this fits the bill.

The location is perfect, 5 minutes from the amazing beach. Gema was super friendly and helpful. She allowed us to check in early and was very reactive. She suggested to us what to visit and where to eat. The house is beautiful with an amazing pool. The room was very clean and the kitchen as well. I totally raccomend this place and I will come back

I kinda' had the place for myself. There was another person in the other room, but we had different schedules, so we never met. Besides the room itself, with bathroom and a closet for the luggage, there is a big yard, with a table and chairs (there is also a pool, but although it was warm outside, it wasn't in use because it was October (out of season).( I didn't need it, so it wasn't a problem) and a kitchen fully equipped. Each guest has their own cupboard, and place in the fridge. tv in the room and the kitchen as well. Very quiet. Very clean. You cannot park in the yard knot even a scooter), but there is plenty of space outside the property. Very close to the beach (5 min walk).

Very nice host, perfect allocation. Just a very nice axperience!
