“Good location”

The best

It's a great location along a pedestrianised street - so you aren't able to drive up to it. I had to get special permission due to having a wheelchair user with me. The sea front is just round the corner along with all the amenities too. Everything looked like the pictures, but the bathroom door did not close, i contacted the host and they sent a handy man straight away. The kitchen was small but had all the basics. Beds were ok, a bit hard for my liking - but very subjective. The balcony was nice, just very slim.

To be improved

Quite clinical, so didn't feel homely and the floor wasn't the cleanest. The cupboard in the twin bedroom, was broken and wobbling around, but i did not need to use it.

The location was great. It's good to have use of a washing machine in the building.

The host thinks the customer should be a property inspector and tell them of all the problems in the apartment when they arrive. Then the customer has to wait while they come to try and fix things and waste their holiday time. To give you a clear sense of the condition of the apartment: There were holes in the wall and broken handles in both room. If someone was alone in the apartment they could have been locked in. The wardrobe was unsafe and posed a hazard. It was moving side to side when you touched it. Loose towel hangers and toilet roll holders were not fit for use. There was no lock on the bathroom door, and the shower flooded, with water spilling out of the tray — and no towel rail nearby as it was broken, which meant walking across a wet floor with a child and my disabled mother just to dry off. When you go on holiday and pay for a apartment you expect the place to be in good condition. I have complained and have now stopped getting communication from the property. Shows how much they care!

Very central and clean location! Modern apartment with fully functioning kitchen and balcony.

To be improved

Didn’t get new towels for the entire two week stay. Had previously stayed here before and were told they were going to be replaced every 7 days, but they weren’t. Also we were only given two toilet paper rolls for the two weeks.

“Very good place to stay in Tenerife”

The best

It is really well located, close to the beach and to a lot of restaurants and beautiful parts of Puerto de la Cruz. There is free parking just a small walk away from the apartment and it's a very spacious flat. We enjoyed it a lot for our vacation. The bed was big and the flat had all the appliances we could need.

To be improved

Our window was in the same patio as the common laundry room and people were very inconsiderate using it at night past 0:00 without even closing the door. Also our room had just a small wall between the next one where we could here the water pipes very loudly when they used the shower or toilet.

Spacious with good facilities for 4 adults . Great views , showers worked well. Location fab .

Cockroaches 😳 . The rental company were very responsive in providing us with spray however and that largely took care of the problem
