Staff were amazing, couldn’t have been more helpful.

The room interior was somewhat underwhelming and tired for a 5 star. We did also feel that the pool size for the ratio of guests didn’t fit with capacity.

“Staff were excellent, friendly, fun, informative, accommodating and very compassionate and genuine regarding a family bereavement before we travelled. Hotel room was spotless Pool area was lovely so was the bar in this area. Breakfast was great - fabulous selection The restaurant was beautiful and the food was stunning. Cocktails were also excellent and a bit of a show piece. We usually stay at different hotels when we visit Lanzarote, just to try them out but I would definitely come back to eat at Kentia if we stay at a different hotel next time. Thank you all, we had such a lovely time. · Cons: The track up from the strip, although taxis were very accessible and the walk was definitely good for us especially after all the lovely food and cocktails 😊”

“The greeting as we entered the hotel was warm and pleasant.Andrien at reception was very helpful and helped us with staying an extra day. The breakfast was excellent at the hotel · Cons: The hotel was quiet at night time not much of an atmosphere in the cocktail lounge .The drinks were too expensive.The menus for dinner were not much choice.We only had the buffet one of the nights.Never felt like having dinner there .Even though most hotels we stay we would have dinner a couple of times .l all”
