Clean apartment with all the necessary amenities and two bathrooms, ideal for a group of friends. Conveniently located with easy access to the center of Seville by public transportation.

To be improved

A foul odor was coming from the sewage, likely due to the high temperature, and it was quite disturbing.

The rating on Booking is not real. Location, noisy, you can hear the conversations of passers-by on the street, you can hear the sewage drain from the building, the smell of sewage in the whole space, sewer cover inside, it was not built for residential use. In front of the entrance door there is a place to store garbage. The owner did not give us any response to the complaints.

Place is large with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a patio area, well equipped kitchen and a washer dryer. Communication from owner excellent. Nice art and decoration. Nice towels. Shampoo and coffee provided Very comfortable place to stay
