1. Communication with the owner 2. Close to the airport and close to Los Cristianos and Los Americanos as well as other attractions ,Teide, etc. 3. Clean and cozy house. 4. Parking space is available. However, if you come after 21 o'clock, the parking is full, and you need to find space on the street,nothing that bothered us too much.

To be improved

It's a little bit noisy, but nothing that we couldn't handle.

“Quiet location, clean and comfortable apartment.”

The best

Lovely modern apartment which is tastefully decorated. Well equipped kitchen. The service from the representative, Liberiano, was excellent and very helpful. The bus stop was just down the road making larger towns more accessible. We enjoyed the cool outdoor pool when the temperature was high. The jacuzzi was a lovely bonus.

To be improved

We struggled at times with the heat as there was only a fan and no air conditioning. The patio door was in need of a service as it was very stiff to open and close.

Nice apartment with everything what you need for your stay. Car park available, swimming pool and jacuzzi on balcony. Very good contact with the host. Highly recommend!
