Not family-friendly at all. Children were not allowed to play in or around the pool. Pool toys were strictly forbidden. Bringing food or drinks into the pool area was also not allowed. Children were even denied entry if they were holding an ice cream. It is a health hazard to deny people access to drinks in temperatures above 30°C.

“The views were amazing and it was so near to the shops and restaurants. The pools were brilliant for the kids and the lagoon was practically at our door step. The apartment was stunning and I could have sat out in the balcony for hours it was so nice.It had everything you could want all the mod cons and the wifi was great. · Cons: When we landed the aircon wasn't on and we hadn't got a clue how it worked the front door is also very hard to work as you need the right key at the right position and it's so hard to open.The welcome pack could be a bit better perhaps milk and coffee as we landed after 12 and everything was closed .A few more rubbish bags and dishwasher tablets would also have been handy .”

Very basic Bedding soiled Towels thin & fusty Hairs in drawers Only 1 pillow each Shower mouldy & didn’t work properly Uncomfortable sunbeds around the pool We had to buy our own bedding and extra pillows

The apartment were of a very good quality with everything you need for your stay.

To be improved

Location is very far away from activities and it was extremely quite All restaurants and bars were closed in the area and we had to travel 42mins each way on the bus to get any decent food. There were only 2 other people we saw staying at the apartment block
