“We stayed in this vacation house in Lloret de Mar for 9 days with a family of six, and unfortunately, we experienced several issues that impacted our stay. Two air conditioning units were not working one in the master bedroom and another in a second bedroom. The host informed us of this only upon arrival. Instead of repairing them, we were advised to leave the living/dining room air conditioning on, keep the bedroom doors open, and use fans to circulate the cool air. This was an impractical solution, especially in the summer heat, and offered no privacy for the entire family to keep bedroom doors open. The main kitchen fridge freezer section (with four compartments) did not work at all. We had to rely on a small freezer in the downstairs area, which was far too limited for our needs. The living room couch was old, small, and had a strong odor, and the dining room chairs were wobbly and clearly worn out. While the mattresses in the bedrooms were comfortable, the lack of proper air conditioning made sleeping quite uncomfortable. That said, there were still a few positives. The house was very clean, the environment was peaceful, the host was friendly and the view from the property was beautiful. With some much needed maintenance and updates, this property could offer a much more enjoyable experience.”

“An amazing week in a lovely villa with spectacular views”

Max was so helpful and communicated quickly and efficiently. The villa is really spacious and has the most amazing views - and area is quiet and peaceful and only 20 min walk to the beach (down some rather steep steps but again well worth it as the beach is beautiful

To be improved

Only niggles were that the oven didn’t work - 😔 and pool could have been cleaner but appreciate it has rained so hard and for so long and it’s beginning of season so no one has probably wanted to use it before us this year. In all fairness we didn’t contact max about either as it really didn’t detract from the enjoyment of our stay.
