“Good place, horrible host”

The best

Good location All basic amenities are provided (soap, dishwasher tablets, shampoo...) Air conditioning works nicely. The tv in the living room is connected to Netflix and Amazon.

*Great way to ruin a nice family weekend memory, childish behaviour, and personal attacks coming from the host.* After leaving an original review of an 8 due to 1. Problems connecting the fan in the bedroom 2. Entering 1 hour later than the provided time The host contacted me on my private phone number regarding this first review. The host was attacking me after I explained why I left those comments. She kept sending messages on how it's not her fault that we had to wait an extra hour, never apologised but rather blamed the previous guests. This shows a lack of professionalism and accountability. It's your place, everything regarding it IS your responsibility. In my initial review, I didn't mention problems with the sink (was stuck and full of food inside the pipes) as the owner asked my father gave her tips on how to fix it she in exchange promised discounts on the apartment for the future. Attempting to manipulate feedback undermines trust and violates the principles of transparency and integrity that any legitimate business should uphold. After several messages, the owner decides to attack my sense of fairness (by letting others know of the first listed 2 issues) and says, "Im just too young to understand what being honest is" and proceed to block me.
