“Great location and people but WiFi and other amenities need to be substantially improved”
The best

Property was in a very good location having a private terrace overseeing the beach. Also staff was super kind and helpful. Jose Maria is amazing with always a smile at his face.

To be improved

WiFi didn’t work at all. Was getting 0.15-0.60 Mbps constantly up in our room. AC didn’t work as well but staff did provide us with a portable AC that work at a decent level (but not great). The room even though an effort was made to make it pretty (by decorating it with a “sun” figure on the ceiling, was a bit old). There was also not a bin inside the room. For that nightly price I certainly did expect a much better experience.

“Location is fabulous. Hotel is right on the beach and no hills to walk up. Family run hotel and staff were great. I loved the mini fridge and kettle and small balcony with little folding table. · Cons: We assumed the jaccuzi was free for guests to use but a sign in the bedroom said it was 20e with free drinks when you book. The terrace is beautiful and temperature of the jacuzzi perfect but make sure before you book that there is no charge to use as this confused us and we ended up not using. Beautiful view from the terrace though. There was no "do not disturb" tag for the door and the cleaner threw away my teabags that I brought from home.”

Location was great, terrace was beautiful, staff was super friendly

To be improved

Either AC didn't work well or it wasn't turned on yet early in the season so room it was a little stuffy. Ended up opening patio door for more air flow.

The best

A lovely family run hotel right by the sea. The staff were so friendly , the room was clean and we loved llafranc. Would reccomend this hotel to anyone!

To be improved

It’s not a negative really but parking is a bit hard..there is a multi-storey car park up the road from the hotel so best to drive outside hotel and leave bags in foyer then park as it’s a steep walk!
