“our family thoroughly enjoyed our holiday in this villa”

we loved the garden and swimming in the heated pool. we had a few BBQs during the warm nights. the villa was massive and loads of room for the 4 of us. we used all the facilities including the hot tub at night. we enjoyed relaxing on the huge comfy sofa

To be improved

there was no instructions on where to put all your rubbish and nobody told us we also had to purchase our own bin bags. the pool could have been a lot cleaner as it was full of dirt, leaves and sand at the bottom. i burnet my hand on the oven because there was no oven gloves but when we contacted them they did drop some of 2 days later. there wasn't enough hot water for the 4th person in the showers

Location is splendid. 15 minutes easy drive to Corralejo, little more than half an hour to airport. Superdino, Spar equivalent some 500 m from villa.

To be improved

There's a lot of competition out there and if you book early enough you might get the same or even a little more for less. I am sure that Chic Villas are lettings agents for the owners of villas like these, so Natalia's service is SPLENDID, but they might do well to communicate with the owners to invest a little in order to bring," Oliva Dreams" up to the standard of the finest.
