The best

Good communication over what's app throughout The pool along with the complex was great. Salt water rather than chlorine and (in May) empty 90% of the time Supermarket was 1 minute walk away

To be improved

Access was meant to be via an app, both for the complex and the flat. The door to the complex was permanently unlocked and the door to the flat would not open with the app. Was provided access to the key safe at this point. Also not sure how I would have got to the pool without the key anyway The apartment could have done with a book/folder to explain basic things (e.g. how to get on the wifi, how to get to the pool) as is standard in all holiday lets
