A bit noisy especially from neighbors apartments which is normal because it's a ground floor apartment

- Communication with the host was horrible. He/She won't answer my questions - Ants everywhere! With small kids that play on the floor, it was really difficult. - Only provided a "welcome pack" of one small soap, one washing machine and one dishwasher tablet. No salt, coffee, oil or any other "basic" things. We needed to buy everything from scratch which doesn't really make sense when you stay 6 days in a place (probably would have costed 2 Euros for the host, but costed 20 Euros for us as a family). I have much nicer experiences when the host thinks about the whole experience and helps the people with nice gestures that make your life easier during your holidays. Now we have 1 kilo salt we need to give or throw away. - The door is a problem: they have an automatic door for easy check-in. Many times we were either locked inside outside. Specially when you are inside and the door won't open, it's really stressful.
