The property is in a central location to shops & restaurants

We might as well have been sleeping out on the road! I had to check a couple of times when we were in the room if the windows were open because the noise of the traffic was so bad! Awake most of the night with the noise of the passing traffic, absolutely terrible! The windows are certainly not sound proof

“Value for money stay on an exceptional day”
The best

We were staying overnight on the day of the national power outage on the Iberian Peninsula (28/4/25) so our stay was not a typical one. The hotel dealt with the exceptional circumstances pretty well. They provided a bottle of water and took us up and down to the room each time as obviously no power meant no lift or key card.

To be improved

Clearly with an exceptional nationwide situation like a power outage, the hotel could do absolutely nothing about this but it was annoying not to be able to flush the toilet. Not their fault of course!

The best

Our campervan broke down and we chose the hotel because we could take our dog. The hotel was fine the staff great and the area, in the old town was good. The room was small but I think if you have a dog you don't get the best.
