“Beautiful villa and location”

The location was away from tourist traps and set beautifully in the mountains. Access was easy to all major routes. The villa is picturesque and has everything inside and out for a perfect getaway.

To be improved

Two small things. Feather pillows everywhere, not great if your allergic but then I didn't think to mention this in advance. And the floor of the pool is slippery, really slippery. Otherwise the pool is beautiful.

The best

Our family had a lovely time at the house and thoroughly enjoyed the spacious garden and pool, which offered beautiful views of the mountains. The property was tastefully decorated, very comfortable, and spotlessly clean, and communication with the host was excellent. We came across some lovely villages nearby and especially liked Canillas de Aceituno, where we went on some beautiful mountain walks. We'd definitely recommend the restaurant La Sociedad in the village – great local dishes and delicious desserts. We loved our stay in Andalusia and really hope to come back!

“Fabulous chill out in the Sierra Nevada foothills.”

The pool area is amazing and the patio were lovely to eat and socialise together. The living rooms all had effective fans and aircon and the kitchen is very well equipped; we had lots of BBQs.

To be improved

Only two minor things would be Faster WiFi and more citronella candles and insect’o’cuters to combat the mosquitoes. Make sure to follow the instructions provided to find the find the villa, be sure to approach from the main road above rather than from the valley below as the approach road is difficult and we got lost finding it at night first the time.
