There was a very strong smell of insect repellent when we arrived but this cleared after a few days but understand it’s needed to stop insects

.rats in garden area pillows so old and shapeless we had to buy new shower was small with faulty spray head, no hand rails so turning was both awkward and dangerous no instructions for kitchen new oven so we couldn’t use it 5 clothes pegs!! mouldy shower curtain decor needs a freshen up damage deposit is very high and still not returned despite us leaving clean, tidy and no damage at all!!
