“Noises in the midnight”

Clean and good kitchen equipment

To be improved

Lots of noises from other guests above such as dragging chairs or table and foot steps around 11pm. I reported to the manager via whatsup and he let them know. but the noises lasted until around 2am.

“I stayed at this apartment for one night and had a very pleasant experience. The highlight was the lovely terrace, which provided a great space to relax. I also appreciated that coffee was available, which was a thoughtful touch. Most notably, the staff were exceptionally helpful and accommodating, making the stay all the more comfortable. I would certainly consider returning.”

“- It's right at the edge of the city centre, so just a short walk away to all places of interest. - The room was compact but well-appointed. - The parking was free though you may need to park a few minutes' walk away. - The outside terrace was a great touch though we didn't get to use it because it rained every day we stayed there. - The setting of the apartment away from the street made it the quietest place we had stayed in during our three-week trip. · Cons: - The bed was too close to the toilet. But with the size of the room, this was unavoidable.”

“A delightful place to stay in Merida.”

The apartment was very quiet and looked out onto a delightful little courtyard. The location was within walking distance of the major sights...although only the central square was lively (we visited during the off season...)

To be improved

Nothing...it was wonderful, and the neighborhood was quiet.
