The location was excellent. Right across the street from the cathedral and very convenient to shops and restaurants. The manager was very responsive when I messaged him about missing drinking glasses.

To be improved

There was only AC in the living room so the bedrooms were quite hot making it uncomfortable to sleep. There were ceiling fans in the bedrooms but ours was making noise. The neighbors were also quite noisy slamming doors at all hours of the night. The washer/dryer were great but I’m fairly certain they aren’t vented properly and sewer gas is backing up into the bathroom making it very smelly. The dryer also heats up the bathroom to the point it is almost a steam room. Also no detergent was supplied. The kitchen was lacking supplies. No pans for the oven. Only a few pots and two tiny burners on the stove. No spices supplied in the kitchen, not even salt. We only had 4 drinking glasses when we got there but they quickly brought more when we asked.

“Only an overnight stay but a great place that makes me want to come back and stay longer”

The best

Did a one night stay to break a drive from Barcelona to Bilbao so chose this apartment based on price and the ability to check in late. It exceeded expectations given the fantastic price for a two-bed place. Very easy to find with a car park about 30 seconds from the door (€24 for a day so worth taking time to have a walk around the town). The host provided all the info needed before check in and it was accurate and very easy to access the apartment. Excellent facilities – large bedrooms, good bathroom and great kitchen/dining/sitting room area. All very clean and modern. The bonus was the location – right on the Plaza itself with the Cathedral right in front of the apartments and plenty of excellent cafés and bars in the area. Nothing was too "touristy" and prices were good despite it being a central tourist location. While we were able to have a walk around before leaving for Bilbao, there is so much in the area – cathedral, museums, restaurants and more – will definitely come back and visit Zaragoza properly and would be very happy to stay here again. Would recommend staying here especially if you want to be at the heart of the old town – everything is walkable and so much to see. The apartment is exceptionally well priced for its location and will definitely be back.
