The best

The building is old and beautiful. We enjoyed an excellent dinner in the restaurant. The location is remote, but spectacular. This is truly a lovely place to stay.

To be improved

The rooms are quite small but adequate.

A beautiful setting. It could be fabulous. Comfortable big bed

To be improved

A very strange atmosphere, unfriendly, unwelcoming owners, other than the son who was charming. The couple who own it barely smiled and made us feel like an inconvenience, like we were intruding into their private space. The foid was mediocre and expensive. The breakfast was appalling, the worst that we have experienced anywhere in the world, cheap, supermarket processed food and charged at 10€ each.. We were rushed out early the next day by the man, who is an everlooming presence, just sitting on the terrace but not looking up from his book to smile, to say hello. Maybe it was a bad time, a bereavement or something but our experience did not match the reviews here.

“Lovely. Owners really nice. Comfortable. Arrived when Spain was without electric. Owners were using generator and we would have had light in the bedroom but it came back on. Got a hot meal, pork presumably done on gas grill with salad, delicious · Cons: The location was excellent, quiet peaceful BUT very difficult to find”

“A peaceful retreat”
The best

A most peaceful place. All the guests were soon chatting together (all were British, as it happened) and the hosts were charming. The food was really excellent. Looking forward to coming back...
