“Great 1 night stay with incredible views”

The best

Incredible views down the valley and perfect for sitting in the evening with a drink. Nice home cooked food for dinner and a nice but basic breakfast.

To be improved

More options for breakfast would have been good. Beds were a little hard for our liking.

No food availability in the evening. The whole location shut for food. Breakfast was 2 slices of toast for 8 euro. Very disappointed.

“AMAZING!”

The staff were SO accomodating, polite and helpful. The rooms were DIVINE! Beautiful spacious room, immaculately clean and modern. I fell in love with the bed and the PILLOWS ARE AMAZING!! Extremely clean, cozy and relaxing. Perfect place to rest after a long day of sight seeing. Definitely coming back to this hotel. WE LOVED IT!!!

“AVOID AT ALL COST”

Access to this location by road is dangerous. Don't drive there at night. The roads are very unsafe mountain roads.

The service was bad. We arrived late and we were not given the room I had booked. Please see the pictures regarding booking a room with "mountain View). The staff could not care less. This was, at best, an attic room. The mountain could be seen via a Velux, my husband hit his head several times. There was no bed table on one side of the bed and the furniture looked like it had been picked up from a charity shop. There was a lingering smell of cigarette smoke throughout the room and the building at large, That day, there was no restaurant service, and breakfast the next morning was very small and ill-presented. The WIFI did not work in the bedroom. We even asked if we could get another room by paying more, etc. We stayed in 4 places in the Sturias and out of 4 I gave a 10 mark to 3 of them. Just to specify I am not a "crank". It may very well be that other rooms are better but wwaht a rip off to call an attic room with a Velux a room with Mountain View.
