1.My message- we are a senior couple. Request for a very quiet room please Response - Quiet is impossible. Cancel your booking. Note: we were so taken aback by this rude, crude, go-to-hell message, and wanted to immediately cancel. But there was no refund possible as per their reservation rules. 2. We got a message that reception will close at 3pm ( though they calim 24x7) and allotted room 301 My message- hola. We see that you've given us a room on top floor. It's a very hot day (cordoba was 44 degrees) and so requesting if you can give us something else. Its a very hot day, so hope Aircon works well Response - hotel is full. Aircon works great Note: room 301 is on top floor, next to noisy lift, on way to patio where everyone comes to sit or take pictures. So this is the "chop in your face" response we got for our polite request for a quiet room. As anticipated, this top floor was burning. Aircon flow was weak from the vent and powerful mode was unavailable.It was likea furnace! After 2 hours, there was little improvement and I got a headache and was feeling sick. My message - it's very hot. I am feeling sick. Response - Aircon is blasting. Go put your head in the fridge at 22 degrees. We have travelled the world- never been so insulted and humiliated. I had headache and vomited. Put a wetshirt,took a panadol and sleeping pill and had a terrible night. My wife took the pic at 8 am with my clothes off due to the heat. Worst experience of our life. Discriminated against, treated with contempt and disdain, and indifference, spoken to rudely. Book at your own risk - you have been warned!
