Our stay in this apartment was outstanding and exceeded our expectations. Honestly, the pictures don’t do it justice—it’s even more beautiful and spacious in person. From the moment you walk in, it feels like stepping into a hotel, with a delightful fragrance welcoming you. In terms of cleanliness, it was absolutely spotless. The bathroom alone gives a five-star hotel experience—you might not even want to leave!. Location-wise is very handy, it is a walking distance from all important historic places in Cordoba (Roman bridge, old town, Alcazer etc). Big shopping mall only 6 mins away by walk, it closes at 1AM. Big supermarket just down the building if you need to buy anything. This place had everything near by. What made our experience even more special was the owner’s incredible kindness. Despite our late arrival at 3 AM, he personally stayed up to welcome us, hand us the key, and give us a tour of the property, ensuring we felt comfortable—especially since we were traveling with three kids. His hospitality went above and beyond, and we were truly grateful for the warm welcome. The next day, he generously shared tips and recommendations for places to visit and restaurants to try. I followed his advice and was absolutely delighted. It’s clear that he genuinely cares about both his apartment and his guests, which I deeply appreciate. I will definitely be returning and highly recommend this place to friends and family!

The owner, Juan is the best host. Fixed per our request. The shower is very nice.

Apartment is close to the city center and in a good location parking wise. It's clean and god everything you need to stay for couple of days. The best about apartment is the owner. He is so helpful and nice guy that provide tips and recommendations for places in Cordoba. we used his prosed route trough the city and we enjoyed it a lot!

Juan was very communicative and check-in / check-out were very easy. He welcomed us warmly and showed us the flat and gave us also some local tips, much appreciated. We could leave our rented car in the street and did not have to use it as all was walking distance.

This apartment was very nice, bright and clean. It had a big bathroom with many towels. The kitchen was well equipped, they had coffee and candies. We felt welcome. Juan was super helpful and communicative, showed everything and gave clear instructions. Thank you so much for making our short stay so pleasant!
