Poor maintenance. For example a plug was falling out of the wall, the bathroom light did not turn off, the shower head fell out so you had just a hose with water spewing, some of the interior doors would not close properly, one of the chairs on the balcony was broken, etc. The electrical breaker went out regularly. For example, if the water heater turned on while you were doing laundry or running the microwave the circuit blew. You could not use the stove and the microwave or the coffee maker at the same time. Even when we managed appliance usage very carefully we would blow the circuit because someone would wash their hands in the bathroom causing the water heater to turn on. The roads surrounding the condo were under construction for the entire month we stayed. We were not informed of this when we booked or at any time before we arrived. It was a many months project so the owner should have known. It was noisy, dusty, and marred the view. We were able to park on the street about 150 meters away but not in the "free parking space" because of this. Some days entering the building required jumping over a wide ditch. When we left, I communicated with the owner about the problems. It seemed like he did not know about many of them. I think he will fix them, but I recommend checking with him before booking
