The size of the house and the view

To be improved

First of all communication with the rental company. Before sending you the check in instructions you need to pay a damage deposit of 100 Euros but I had to write them myself asking to send me the link to make the payment because nobody contacted me for that and the next day we were suppose to arrive. The terrace is in a poor condition, very dirty with dead plants around and very dusty. Also they could have pay more attention to the cleanliness of the house as well. One can find better properties in Cran Canaria for the same money without paying a damage deposit which is released after 1 week and the money will arrive to you in 10 days actually depending on the bank. I personally do not recommend the place.

Probably the most incredible view on the island, very unique triangular mountains. The owner was very responsive helping us immediately solve an emergency where we got locked out due to our own fault.

To be improved

Absolutely nothing. The place is perfect for a family stay or a vacation, with all the modern luxuries and amenities.

nice location, big apartment

panoramic window in the first floor cannot be locked, so we had a bad feeling the whole night. strange smell in the house, eventhough we opened the windows.
