The location was great. The place was lovely and clean. Nice to have the big terrace. We arrived through the night and there were no shops open to buy water. I asked if there was any bottled water in the apartment, to be told no. The staff member let us go to the apartment and dropped off a bag of water bottles for us 15mins later, without charging us.

SO MANY HIDDEN COSTS!! Our flight landed at 8pm and the next train was 11pm. We had no option but to get public transport. So we arrived into Cadiz at 12.30am. They made us collect keys from an office nearby. At this time of night with a toddler, it was far from ideal. I asked weeks in advance if they had a key safe, but they weren't budging. They also charged us 10euros an hour for the late check-in, from 8pm onwards. They also took a 90euro deposit, which you don't get with any apartments nowadays. We used the washing machine once and the door wouldn't open. We pried it open and they told us that we had to pay for a replacement door lock, so took 25euros out of our deposit, for something that was very clearly already broken. On arrival, there were only 2 wine glasses and 1 more water glass. I messaged them to ask for more, to be told there were at least 6 in the apartment. So I sent a photo of what we had. A cleaner dropped another 2 by whilst we were out later that day. They gave us two dishwasher tablets for a family of 4 for a week, so we ended up just putting it on without them, just using hot water. We couldn't really wash them all as there was no drainage area. They should know that nobody wants to wash dishes on holiday! They also only left two bin bags for the small bin. For a family for a week! I asked them to drop off some more. Note that EVERY apartment we've stayed in recent years just leaves a bag for you. They refused to drop off any more, so we used tiny shopping bags from our souvenir shopping. It also says on the listing that two beach towels are provided, so we didn't take any. Note that they want to charge you for these! I can't remember exactly how much. Only stay at this place if you're prepared to pay for loads of extra unnecessary things. Such AWFUL customer service!!

Beautiful appartment, good location

WIFI connection gets interrupted every 2 minutes. TV did not work. Contacted the responsables for the appartment about this issue. They stated it was a poblem in the whole building. Confronted them with the fact that the neighbours had no ossues at all. They then said the owner was bujing a new TV. Never contacted us again. If something is broken, why giving random excuses instead of admitting to the problem and look for a solution, this way of handling problems just upsets customers even more.

The terrace is beautiful and it is comfortable.

To be improved

Usually everywhere in holiday flats nowadays you can find coffee, olive oil etc. There was nothing.
