“An ideal location to wind down and explore Extremadura, with excellent hosts.”
The best

Excellent, rural location, and yet plenty of nearby visits, e.g. Merida, Caceres, Trujillo, Montánchez. Sweeping vista across olive orchards. Friendly hosts, with local advice and knowledge; very attentive if anything needs addressing; will go out of their way to ensure you have a good visit. Some very local produce available! A lovely pool, kept very clean.
