Keys were meant to be in 2 different lock boxes. but were all grouped together in one. we were alarmed to find the end of a broken key in the 2nd lock box and panicked as it was meant to be the door key. We arrived very late then realised the door key was actually on the outer door keys. We would have really appreciated being informed as this was not the instructions we were given.

To be improved

The checkout time says checkout between 10 am and 11am. The cleaner knocked on the door at 9.40 am. while she was polite we felt very uncomfortable and rushed.

To be improved

Only issue was the main entrance of the block. The key didn’t work on the lock. Hopefully that is no longer an issue. You need a car if you want to venture outside the resort .

To be improved

We arrived at 10.30pm very little paper on the only toilet roll and no bottled water. We were only advised of the operation of the air con on the Friday the day before left. The other problem was the hot water however we resolved that problem after midnight. The towels seemed to be pool towels and located on the floor at each side of the bedroom and a strong smell from them we found the fluff dropping into the shower base and blocking the water outlet, The reason for the trip was my brothers Wife died and we travelled for the funeral they live in the resort. According to our confirmation it includes 10% Vat and 25 euro cleaning fee stay. We wondered if house keeping came prior to the arrival regarding the state of the bed sheets and the towels We had an apartment in the Algarve in 2001 to 2004 and a Villa from 2004 to 2023 and currently a 2 bed apartment beach front which will be completed in Jan 2025. We know the stanards of rentals and customer service on site. I rang a number to confirm a late arrival and the number was in the UK, Could you please check if house keeping were informed of our arrival as we only booked on the 25th Nov.2024 and arrived on the the 27th. Everything from the communication/ instructions leading up the trip were spot on. The apartment was lovely and clean and in a great location to onsite facilities, The food on site was lovely. The golf course was amazing I would 100% stay again.

To be improved

There was genuinely nothing I didn't like about the holiday already thinking about next trip. The only very slight problem we faced was using the key in the front door of apartment at the beginning but once we figured out it was only a quarter turn clockwise it was fine.
