I am not even sure I have enough symbols to tell what we disliked about the property. First and foremost they are NOT pet friendly. We came with a corgi and he was pointed to a dirty cage outside and was not allowed in the house. The house is beautiful but really really unkept. There are damages everywhere, holes in carpets, blankets, furniture. Inside is clean only on a surface level, we had to wash some dishes before even using them, chaos in the kitchen with disarray of utensils in drawers and unusable pans due the teflon coating just flaking off. The whole house is full of owners personal belonging, like clothes and pictures of children which makes you feel uneasy and like you are trespassing. The outside is even worse with broken stairs and patio boards around the pool. Broken and moldy outside furniture, filthy tables and swarms of flies which makes it impossible to even relax. The grill area is filthy as well and looks like it never was cleaned. There is no netflix (just for the button on the remote) and no tumble drier as was mentioned. €500 a night is an insane price for the condition we found it in (even used condom wrapper behind the sofa). Would never stay here again, even for free. I have so many pictures but sadly cannot share them all

“Beautiful family home perfect for outdoor barbecues and lazy afternoons swimming and sun bathing”

Perfect location to explore Requena and the countryside. We also drove to the train station and used Requena as a base for the tomato festival, water and wine festival and to visit Valencia. Our host was responsive, accommodating and very friendly

To be improved

It’s a beautiful family home that could benefit from some tender loving care in just a few areas. Our host is planning to do these in the coming months

“Fantastic villa in rural location”

The best

The location was amazing. Very quiet and remote with amazing views of the sunset and night sky. The pool was a decent size and the outdoor kitchen was great to use. Air-conditioning throughout the villa which helped towards a comfortable nights sleep. Santiago was a great host and was fantastic with our children when he came to visit and check everything was ok.

To be improved

Nothing really. The villa does require a bit of upkeep but it was easy to look past that because the area was spacious and in an amazing location.

“Exceptional”

The best

We are delighted! We really liked the villa and its surroundings. It was quiet, calm, and there were no neighbors (a huge plus). There were seven of us, and there was more than enough space. The barbecue area and pool deserve a special mention; it was a pleasure to cook and swim there. I would also like to note that the villa offers a beautiful view of the sunset. The bedrooms were clean, the beds were comfortable, and the sound insulation was good (if people were sitting in the living room making noise, the bedroom was still quiet). The bathrooms were also clean and equipped with towels and shampoos. The kitchen had all the necessary appliances, utensils, and household chemicals. Additionally, the check-in and check-out processes were very convenient. I would like to thank the owner of the villa once again for this wonderful vacation. We will definitely come back again.

To be improved

There were holes in the window screens and mosquitoes and were flying into the bedrooms. but we had fumigators and this was not a problem for us.

Perfect place & location. The bed’s were comfortable & the kitchen had pretty much everything we needed for our stay.

To be improved

Little things like the coffee make didn’t work properly, it leaked water every time it was used. There was a horrible smell in the shared bathroom downstairs, so awful that no one used it.
