The best

Such a beautiful and unique hotel with extremely friendly and helpful staff. The decor is amazing, the service is incredible, the breakfast was superb quality, and the room is super comfortable. We loved the forest and mountain views from the room, the heated floor in the bathroom and the amazing bath tub. The spa experience in the nearby rural house was incredible as we had the whole place to ourselves and they were very flexible when we had to change the time of our spa reservation. Thank you for making it a birthday to remember!

“Unforgettable weekend with my wife”
The best

The hotel, buildings, swimming pool are so beautiful and so very well decorated. All furniture, objects, overall decoration are amazing. The bedroom room was also beautiful, large, comfortable and very well decorated with a very good test. CONGRATULATION to the interior architect and the renovation architect. The breakfast was quite succulent and in a nice place near the swimming pool.

To be improved

All was perfect, but sorry, except the second breakfast on Sunday. The buffet was half empty at 0945. There were no more orange and detox juices (we had to wait for about 15 minutes to get an orange juice). Then we could not get the eggs mimosa (which were on the menu). The waiter could see that we had a photo of the breakfast menu given the day before. He asked us if he could see it and took our phone to the ‘small kitchen’ behind a wall to show it. Anyway, we could eat fine.

“Fantastic location, poor management, bad service”

Amazing location, fantastic breakfast

We had a massive leak in the bathroom, floating the whole bathroom, making it impossible to use the shower and the WC. Management was not able to offer a reasonable explanation, no sorry and no compensation at all.
