“Clean, quiet, close to metro and grocery store!”
The best

Very quiet neighborhood, metro nearby. I love that there was AC!! The Lidl grocery store is no longer open, but there’s a Carrefour nearby.

To be improved

It would have been nice to learn how to use the keys (you have to pull the front door toward you to get the key to fully turn to open). It took us a bit of trial and error.

“Although outside the city centre, was extremely easy to commute.”

The property was located in mostly residential area and only 5 mins walk from the nearest Metro Station and a 1 min walk from Lidl which was located in small shopping mall.

“Nice, full equiped apartment in good location, just 20 minutes from the center of Madrid.”
The best

Very nice apartment with two big TVs (with smart which is not that obvious normally). 600m to metro station, LIDL and other shops very close to the apartment. Very good location and high quality apartment comparing to the price.

To be improved

There was an issue first day with hot water, and we have to take shower with cold water which in October is not something you want to do. Anyway the problem got solved the next day.
