“Great villa and location”

The best

Location is great, right next to Loro Parque, actually so close that during the day you hear everything from inside the park. Pool is great, cold and my kids loved it. The host even offered some water toys for us to use. We didn’t use the sauna. Over all, great house and stay for value. Plenty of towels for everyone. Great shower on the bottom floor.

To be improved

The place needs a little renovation, the beds were stiff but everyone’s taste is different. The coffee maker was not working properly, had to be on a plate for extra water that came out of everywhere.

“Great location, ample indoor space.”

The best

Great location right next to Loro Parque. Host was readily available for messaging on Whatsapp. Entry was contactless, so we never met the host in person. January can be a bit chilly in Puerto de la Cruz, but two ACs could be used to heat the space. The pool is not heated, so bear that in mind, when staying during the cooler months. An entertainment area could be found in the basement (foosball table and a wall mounted gym rack).

To be improved

The cooktop needs replacing, there's a crack in the ceramic. Sauna wasn't working due to some issues.

“Absolutely fantastic place to stay.”

The best

For our purpose (kids baseball tournament) absolutely perfect. We were 2 families with teenage and smaller kids and we had enough space and we didn't miss anything. Our 2 cars could fit into the private garage or simply stay on the street. We could walk to the baseball field by foot and also to Loro parque, Kids were enjoying the swimming pool every day (even if it there wasn't hot enough and the water was kind a cold :)) We cooked a lot so we appreciate there was fully equiped kitchen with the dish washer and also the washing machine and a dryer - that was so great. I can highly recommend.

To be improved

we had to buy the toilet paper :) the remote controler for the garage sometimes didn't work for the first time

“Very good”

The best

Spacius and clean villa. Nice pool area to grill and hang out. Easy parking. Right next to Loro Parque. About 5min drive or 30min walk by the sea to Puerto de la Cruz city center.

To be improved

The kitchen could have more basic supplies such as spices, baking paper, foil etc.
