“A great place for visiting Ponferrada.”

The best

I was pleasantly surprised by this place!! The mobile home was spotless and comfortable, and ideal for my dog. Ideally placed for visiting the stunning castle in Ponferrada, and Las Médulas isn't too far away either.

Nice and modern bungalow, with a small terrasse. Ideal for a short stay, and perfect if you want to go karting while you are there. The owners were super nice and very helpful. Very big terrain, ideal for dogs.

“Passable”

The best

We stayed for a couple of nights. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It is in a good location and there are lots of nice places to visit. The cabins are reasonable and equipped with the essentials.

To be improved

Sadly there was a dog chained up. He cried all night and we were quite distressed with the conditions it was kept in. Sadly we believe it is cruel and found it difficult to relax. We did inform the manager, but decided to leave early as we could not help the poor creature. It is a nice place and could be very enjoyable if it wasn't for the upsetting animal care. We know that in some countries dogs are kept as guard dogs and live outside, but why keep them on a short chain for their entire life. Some things are not acceptable.
