Location. Good level of heat from air-con / heater.

To be improved

Water cooling during shower on first morning. Noted to host there seemed to be insufficient hot water for shower. Response was there should be sufficient water in tank. Water from tank situated at ceiling level over wc started dripping from pipe joint and soaked floor and wc seat..Very unpleasant. Host responded very quickly to request to send someone to fix it, but first said it would stop in 5mins. This would indicate it is a recurring problem that has not been sufficiently addressed in the past. The following day we returned to the room to find dripping water, wet floor and wc seat again. This is not acceptable. The stair balustrade leading to the room was visibly unstable and moved horizontally by approx 100mm. This is unsafe and is not acceptable in any accommodation. The steps leading from the upper outdoor terrace to the lower terrace terminated directly at the pool edge - a very obvious risk of a person / or child stepping or falling directly into the open pool. No consideration to safety apparent in positioning of steps or guarding of pool.
