The best

The swimming pool and outside kitchen was fantastic. We loved the garden too, full of flowers and fruit - so pretty. The location of La Viña was great, close to Pollença and the coast.

“Tranqul”
The best

A tranquil, private and peaceful location. Great pool and outside barbeque facilities. We loved the upper terrace for panoramic views of the valley and the sunsets. We enjoyed walking in the large grounds with the various fruit trees. Silvia, the local host, was responsive and friendly.

To be improved

The mosquitos outside in the evenings were a challenge. Some of the cutlery was dirty on arrival otherwise, the villa was very clean. I would recommend aircon or more fan options for the TV area for when you want to escape the mosquitos. As you need to keep the doors closed, it got really hot in there.

“Great outdoor space, but poor interior.”
The best

Pool was great and well maintained. Lots of good outdoor space. A 30 min walk into Porta Pollenca. All facilities available. The cleaner and owner were always responsive to WhatsApp.

To be improved

A very old and tired interior. The kitchen was functional, but needs replacing. Tap water was not drinkable as supplied from a well. Mosquitos were a big problem meaning the outdoor space was avoided. The finca's interior was not comfortable due to the age of the furnishings. Sheets, pillows, matresses and towels were old. We stayed for 3 weeks and the sheets were replaced after the first week, but not after that? TV was set to a German satellite, so not used.

The best

Such a peaceful and beautiful place to stay. Ideal location to begin cycling trips into the mountains or just around the corner to cap formentor. Swimming pool was a dream and bbq area fantastic.
