Our host was very responsive and helpful The proximity to the beach is c. 3 minutes

To be improved

The apartment needs to be upgraded in terms of furniture. The bedlinen and towels need to be replaced

The best

The view and location were beautiful. The house manager was lovely, great communication and accommodated a late arrival. It was a convenient uber into Valencia for about $15

To be improved

There were silverfish in the property which, we know are common, but still grossed us out. The beds are very uncomfortable and all linens (sheets and towels) need to be updated. Could use some TLC

The closeness of the beach was excellent . The view from the balcony was marvellous. The flat was spacious.

We hadn't realised that there was no sea view from any of the bedrooms.

The best

it felt spacious, and was very well equipped. The view of the sea was lovely and the marina was very gorgeous. Belen was very helpful with any queries too.

To be improved

The only issue was that we didn’t have a car, and ended up relying on taxis as the bus service wasn’t frequent at all.
