“Very good”

The best

We liked the location. There are supermarkets and restaurants around. The Old Town is 10 minutes away. The apartment is very nice and clean. It is very well equipped with everything one can need for a comfortable stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They even allowed us to leave our luggage in the morning long before the check-in time.

To be improved

There are a few problems that we would like.to highlight: 1. The biggest problem is that you get only one set of keys, which are also switching on the electricity in the apartment. This means that if one goes to the supermarket, the other one stays at home without electricity. In addition, this is an apartment for 4, so everybody should stay together. 2. There was only 1 TV channel that was working and not always. Let's not forget that we are in 2025... 3. The boiler is small so only 1 person can take a shower. And as we said this is an apartment for 4... 4. The air-conditioning may be good for cooling, but for heating, it was not efficient.

“Superb”

The best

The flat is spacious, has well equipped kitchen, good wifi and aircon working perfectly. The host was very helpful and kind and we appreciate him being available for any queries. Pictures are a true representation of the flat. Note that the balcony is small (but this is a usual thing in Spanish flats from what I've seen) and is able to accommodate 2 people max. The property is on the 6th floor and is located 10 minute walk from the old town and there are buses that can take you to the beach a few steps away. Supermarket, small shops, local eateries and bars are around as well. It is a very comfortable place for 2-4 people.

To be improved

I wouldn't recommend this property to larger persons or ones with reduced mobility as the entrance to the shower is really narrow. The other thing are the wobbly railings on the balcony which felt quite unsafe. I hope they can be fitted firmly soon as it is very nice to look out at the city from the balcony.
