“A let down”

The pool was nice for a city

Our shower kept going freezing then scorching within seconds we kept telling them about it nothing got done they basically said it wasn't happening when it was!! Very annoying terrible service. Also the vibe in the bar at the top was weird no music very strange

“Amazing property in central location. The staff was friendly and we felt safe. The room and bathroom were so modern and clean. · Cons: No complaints about the property. Just be careful with the snacks in the room. The signage is misleading, as it encourages you to enjoy the refreshments “on them” but really only meant the bottled water on the counter. We both read thoroughly in disbelief because we’re used to seeing a dollar amount or instructions for payment. Very trivial and we won’t hold that against them, will highly recommend still!”

“Good place, nice food, nice bar, good facilities, great location very quiet area but close to transport and options. Als”

Well situated location, close to a Westfield for quick shopping and close to grocery shops. Multiply different stations for metro or tram travel. Good restaurants close by. Clean and secured building with a nice restaurant and bar upstairs

To be improved

Had some issues with room maintenance, air con not working notified staff no fuss changed rooms for us, second room reading light broken and unable to turn off, notified staff immediately couldn’t be rectified on day due to public holiday (that’s fine) had a work around for the night but was not rectified at all for stay

Rooms were really nice and spacious, even gave us a king size bed upgrade. Staff were friendly and the rooftop was really nice for a drink and a swim if the weather is good :)

To be improved

The only thing that is a little bit of a let down is that the location wasn’t amazing and had to walk a long way into the centre or pay for a cab.
