The parking is only on street parking not on the property but our car was fine for the 3 days it was parked on the street.

The apartment is on the 3rd floor and the stairs are quite narrow. It was not a problem for us, but can be hard to carry bulky luggage. It was possible to park a car only on the street, but the streets are always fully parked. There's a big field to park in 5 min walk, but we didn't feel safe to park a van with lots of things there. After we found suspicious tangerines right under wheels we parked on different places every day.
