“Lovely accommodation in very central location”
The best

The bungalows were lovely with really great facilities. The pool area was so nice and perfect with our 2 year old. It never seemed to be overly busy. The staff were very helpful.

To be improved

Only criticism is our bungalow was cleaned until our penultimate day even tho we left the sign out, we had to ask reception to send someone to do it. A very small problem.

The general look and feel of the resort. Cleaning services everyday.

To be improved

The sunscreen was broken upon arrival and, despite reporting it multiple times, we were repeatedly told that someone would come to fix it “tomorrow.” Unfortunately, no one ever showed up during our entire week-long stay. The kitchen was extremely basic and not properly equipped for cooking. The shower had a significant leak, which we also reported, but no action was taken. The resort gate did not close properly, raising safety concerns as it allowed unrestricted access to anyone. Restaurant/breakfast is for adults only
