“It was very close to the centre of shops , beach & restaurants · Cons: 1 of the pools were closed from the Monday we had arrived on the Thursday evening. It was still closed when we left on the Thursday. We were a family of 4 and no extra beds were brought over to the other pool to facilitate everyone due to the lack of amenities we had to go elsewhere.Work noises were through the day and we were beside that pool.”

The best

Excellent hotel, couldn't fault anything. Staff were so accommodating especially as we had our disabled child with us. We actually got an upgrade as there was availability. I absolutely enjoyed my trip to Tenerife because of this hotel. We are vegetarians, the first evening, not much option for us but after the initial blip, we enjoyed some really delicious vegetarian meals. Welcome drink in the fridge was fab! Tried to locate it here in the UK but it doesn't appear to be on sale here
