Laguna Beach - Coral Side

Not the newest appartment but still good and comfortable. The winter duvet on the bed was nice and warm at some days but a little too warm at other days. I like a lot of daylight but the appartment is a little dark, but for hot summers this will be good to stay cooler.

It would have been ideal to have a second set of kitchen towels and instructions for the washing machine.

• We had to do our own hedge trimming to get the front entrance gate to open properly. 2/10 • You have to walk on the road rather than the path as the hedge is so overgrown you can’t use the path, 1/10 • The kitchen cooker was the worst oven ever it had a single tray pan with no grill bars, spoke to the owner and all he could do is get a nasty cheap wire mesh rack from the Chinese brick a brac store 1/10 • The operating knobs for the oven & hob were covered in brown grease & had to be cleaned before we could use it. 0/10 • There were no oven gloves so these also had to be sourced 0/10 • There was no washing up liquid so this also had to be sourced 0/10 • The kitchen bin had no bin liners for it, so these also had to be sourced 0/10 • The fridge had been switched off prior to us arriving so it stunk and had to be cleaned out before we could use it. 1/10 • The freezer drawers’ fronts were smashed. • The kitchen sink was too small and circular so you couldn’t wash the oven tray very well in it. 2/10 • The washing machine doesn’t work properly; you have to switch it off and manually move it onto the next cycle. 1/10 • The bathroom has electrical wall socket hanging off the wall, very dangerous. 1/10 • The shower head was the cheapest nastiest shower head ever seen, the head was a rubber head with holes in it, when you turned on the shower the water pressure would pop the head off which resulted in the bathroom and apartment floors getting flooded. 1/10 • The bidet in the bathroom didn’t have the correct plug, therefore making it totally useless. • There wasn't adequate provision of toilet rolls, so these also had to be sourced 0/10 • There were no curtains for privacy at night so you had to pull down the external security shutters for privacy.
