The hotel is situated in a nice square, a few minutes from the city center. The room was spacious and comfortable. The hotel staff was extremely nice.

To be improved

The breakfast was good, but it could have been better (the juice was of poor quality). The gym was very basic, it could have a few more things.

“Great hotel with all the amenities”
The best

We spent two nights at this hotel while on a hiking trip of the northern Tenerife. We had a very nice stay - the room was maybe a bit small but very tastefully decorated and had everything we needed. The hotel staff was very helpful especially Diana (I am not sure about the spelling, sorry!). The breakfast was very good quality with a variety of choices. We tried the spa associated with this hotel which we enjoyed very much. As well, we had a dinner at this hotel and it exceeded our expectations. We panicked the first when we arrived and there was nowhere to park and there was a huge line to the paid parking lot across the street. But it was only because there was some kind of convention happening and we didn't have any problems after that. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel.
