The location was great, just 5 mins walk from the centre, but in a rather calm and quiet area

To be improved

There were ants in the kitchen and there was a bad smell of damp in the bathroom but was spreading all over the house.

Everything was amazing. The apartment is beautiful and spotless. It is very central, just short walk to the city center and also close to the beach. It was really wonderful and we had a great time there. Highly recommended.

The apartment was neat and clean. The property manager responded well to our questions and helped to improve our overall experience.

To be improved

Although the listing mentions availability of public parking, it is extremely, extremely limited, almost nonexistent. It created some frustration in the beginning of our trip. Therefore, it would be better to describe it more clearly, especially if guests are staying for more than 1-2 nights.

Ants in the kitchen, mold in the shower, loose holder for the shower (makes the shower head fall most of the time), stinky towels (had to wash them ourselves), check in experience not optimal (you have to wait for the host to arrive), toilet flush malfunctions sometimes. The weirdest however was the deposit, which you have to pay to check in
