The accommodation corresponded to the description and photos. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. Communication with the owner was fast. The apartment is located a short distance from the center, which is an advantage. Overall, the accommodation suited us and we can only recommend it.

To be improved

The only little thing that bothered us a little was the leaking shower hose.

No windows ! But quiet. No lift, had to drag heavy suitcases up 3 flights of stairs. No coffee making equipment

Location is convenient for malaga Central. But flat is on a rundown street which isn't ideal for holiday.

To be improved

This was one of the worst accommodations I have used for over 10 years and I travel a lot. Condition of flat is below standard with hanging shower door, and other issues. Cleanliness was below par with clear dirt and hair in kitchen and bathroom. But, worst part is greedy and hostile host. I checked in next day of my booking by afternoon and host deducted late check in fee ( that applies to checkin 9pm-00.30hours) . This is after I had already paid for previous night and host early checkin policy states when flat is available, early check ins are free of cost. Host is a hostile person and doesn't respect guests. He kept on asking me to cancel when I objected to deposit because there was no checkin inventory report. He wanted me to cancel but not give any refunds. He insisted numerous times that I cancel and then changed me late check in fee breaking his own policy. Just a plain hostile person who doesn't deserve to work in hospitality industry. I.felt unsafe staying in the flat if his hostility can exceed beyond unfair charges.

My boyfriend and I had a wonderful stay at the Lagunillas apartment. The host was communicative and helpful before our arrival. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and ideally located—just a 5-10 minute walk to the center and 15-20 minutes to the beach. It also had excellent air conditioning, which made our stay even more enjoyable.

To be improved

The only minor issue was that the neighborhood felt a bit run-down.
