Marie Carmen warmly welcomed myself and my friends to hand over the keys when we arrived. She showed us all the amenities of the place. The home was just what we needed--clean, comfortable and convenient. Perfect for a stay near Bilbao.

“Fair apartment, needs a better description to exclude misunderstandings.”

Good location and it is pretty close to the metro station. The apartment is pretty big and enough for a company of 4. Parking was included in the price.

To be improved

The place doesn't have an AC, and when it rains outside apartment becomes very humid. The place needed to be cleaned appropriately upon arrival, but the owner quickly and gracefully fixed the issue. It is a ground-floor apartment facing the road. It gets noisy from time to time.

The best

Host was very helpful in meeting earlier than arranged time to check in. Location good, everything in walking distance. 5 minute walk to metro into Bilbao, which took only 14 minutes into the center.
